You must be 18 or older to request a reading.
You always have free will and your future is yours to shape. Readings are best used a guide to help you shape that future.
You should not rely on a reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your question or topic involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional.
I reserve the right to respectfully decline any request should I feel it necessary. Your money will be refunded if I choose to decline your request.
Payment is due when your order is placed. You will receive a PayPal invoice in your email. If you don’t receive your invoice, please contact me at jenniferfalkes @ gmail.com . If you ordered an email or recorded video reading, I will not start working on your reading until payment is received. If I do not receive payment within 2 weeks of your order date, your reading will be cancelled. If you ordered a live meeting through Zoom and payment is not received within 48 hours of your scheduled time, your Zoom meeting will be cancelled.
Terms of Service
Payment Terms: For all readings, the full fee is due at the time your request is made, prior to the reading. Payment must be received by Jennifer Falkes before the commencement of your reading. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for reading requests must be tendered in advance.
Payment Methods: For online readings, Jennifer Falkes accepts PayPal. All payment transfers are done through the third party platform PAYPAL, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third party platforms. Jennifer Falkes is not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. For in-person readings, cash or Paypal. Jennifer Falkes does not accept checks or money orders. If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then Jennifer Falkes will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as additional charge for the deficiency.
Refund Policy
Tarot readings by Jennifer Falkes constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all readings are non-refundable. However, if no reading was performed or Jennifer Falkes has cancelled the reading prior to its commencement, then of course, your fee will be refunded to you in full. Jennifer Falkes exercises great reasonable care and diligence in performing each and every tarot reading. If you are dissatisfied with your reading, please contact Jennifer Falkes to see if an agreeable settlement may be worked out.
Cancellation Policy:
If you ordered an email or recorded reading, you may cancel any time up until payment is made. Once your payment is made, you must cancel within 24 hours, otherwise your payment will be forfeited as I will have likely started working your reading. Your reading will still be provided.
You may cancel your Zoom Reading up to 48 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund. If you cancel your Zoom meeting within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you have the option of a credit for a reading at a future date or a partial refund of 80% of what you paid.
